Mr. Balsamo is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook and New York Law School. He began his career at a defense firm in New York City where he represented clients in all aspects of automobile and premise liability cases from inception through trial. He joined Garrity, Graham, Murphy, Garofalo & Flinn in 2001. Mr. Balsamo is primarily engaged in toxic tort and general civil litigation.
