I have used Rich as a family law attorney regarding custody, visitation, child support and a TRO. Not only is he professional, easy to communicate with but he is an absolute shark in trial, I've never seen anything like it! He refused to lose and helped me win in the trial. He is the best attorney around.

I have never hired an attorney prior to my complaint. I did not know my attorney prior to hiring him. I hired Mr. Garofalo - a seasoned trial attorney - as a plaintiff in February of 2016 who successfully worked on my behalf to arbitrate/litigated a substantial architect/construction claim for the defective remodeling of my main house and carriage house. Through his perseverance and guidance, we prevailed in both cases.
